Darkheart DOD: N/A: Profession: Brooding vampire artist; Favorite Haunt: "I am everywhere..."; Favorite Blood: Red, with a hint of bull; otherwise type 0 negative; Last seen: Deep within the crypts, sculpting with flesh and painting with blood; Description: Born of a vampire family, Darkheart is what is know as a "pureblood," making him a prince in the vampire realm. Having never experienced death he longs to know its mysteries and attempts to connect with his victims through his art. There are some that call him narcissistic; he prefers "vein."

Plague DOD: 1313: Profession: Castle vermin population control; Favorite Haunt: Within the secret passages; Favorite Blood: Chunky, with lumps of brain and bits of skull; Last seen: Falling down the tower stairs after being attacked by a pesky butterfly; Description: Once a young English knight, Plague fell victim to the flea's black kiss. Unable to rest because of his untimely death, he pledged, in his knightly valor, to rid the world of all infectious parasites and the rodents which carry them. Rumored to have started the Great London Fire of 1666, he sought refuge within the walls of Castle Blood. In return, he keeps the corridors rat free. Unfortunately, as time rots the flesh, so it does the mind, and Plague has a hard time distinguishing the rats from the mortals who come to visit the Castle.
