High-necked blouse has back zipper closure, contrast jabot, pouf sleeves with over the elbo pointed cuffs. Cuffs have spiderweb embroidery upward from the points. Sleeve poufs have lace overlay. Elastic waist double-hankerchief SKIRT can be done in one solid color or contrasting colors/trims. Skirt is calf length on taller women, floor length on shorter ones. Outfit includes a spiderweb embroidered WAIST CINCHER in contrasting color. Cuffs, collar, and cincher are cotton velveteen; skirt and blouse are in polyester crepe, polyester shantung, poly/rayon gabardine, or other high end fabric with good drape.
