Delivery: Please order by July 1st to ensure October 1st delivery! Delivery times are variable--you will be told when to expect delivery at the time you place your order. Please keep in mind that we are NOT a factory and that each piece needs to be individually made after you place your order. Occasionally, we have "in-stock" items on the rack, but that is the exception rather than the rule.
Payment Terms: A 50% down payment is required with each order. Your order will be shipped C.O.D. for the balance plus shipping charges, or you may save C.O.D charges by prepaying the balance when garments are done.
Shipping: Shipping is NOT included in the prices shown. We ship U.S. Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges. Packages are not insured unless customer requests and pays for insurance. Some large orders we may ship via UPS to save you money.
Measurement Terms: We hope the measurements described for each piece are relatively easy to understand, but we are also providing a defined list of measurements. These measurements are primarily for custom orders, and we suggest that you print out the measurement sheet in order to properly fill out the custom order form.Measurements
Custom Orders: The following form is for custom orders ONLY. Please print this form out, as it will be the primary description of your custom order. Castle Blood Haunt Couture will work with you as closely as possible to make sure your custom order is to you satisfaction.
